What's KBG?
Stands for KeyBladeGang, name of a keyblade club here on dA. First created by ~NinUyaTO31, but switched accounts to ~Takesu.

What does this club do?
We collect and submit keyblades into our gallery to show to others.

What is a keyblade? [link]
Keyblades are used in a manner similar to swords or magic casting. Despite the fact that most possess no actual blade, Keyblades still make efficient combat weapons and are shown to be particularly effective weapons against both Heartless and Nobodies. Keyblades vary in appearance, possibly to represent the realm they came from.

The main power of the Keyblade, however, is the ability to seal or open the barriers between worlds, as well as "lock" a world's Keyhole, preventing the Heartless from attacking that world's heart. As an offset of this ability, the Keyblade can also be used to lock or unlock any lock, allowing the user to access any sealed interior, whether it be a locked room, gate or treasure chest.

Can I design my own keyblade?
Yes, be creative. Most Keyblades have the same distinguishing features that are modeled after a key: a guard with a handle, a hilt and a head at the end of the shaft that resembles the teeth of a skeleton key, and they sometimes include a keychain. All Keyblades also have some theme or symbolization that will reflect in its appearance.

Can I submit something based on an already designed keyblade?
As long as you put effort into drawing it or making it, it's fine. But if the design was by another dA member, credit or permission from the original designer is needed.

How do I get my picture into KBG's gallery?
Send a note to Keybladegang, title meaning 'submitting'. Include in your notes a link or url to your pictures. If not, include the title(s) of your picture(s) and we'll search for it in your gallery instead.

What can and can't I submit to the club gallery?
Keyblades can be original and/or directly from the game. Someone, cosplaying or not, can be holding the weapon. Making of a keyblade is accepted. [ex: woodshop, crafts, 3d, etc.] as long it wasn't traced, copied or stolen and is on deviantart, not from imageshack, photobucket, etc.

How do I send a note and why?
Go to our profile page and look for the 'Note' tab. Or go directly there -> [link] Don't comment on the profile page asking to join because unlike comments, notes can be sorted and organized.

I sent a note, have you read it yet?
Either the note failed to reach the club or the admin hasn't read the notes yet. To check if your note was read or not, go to your message center> 'notes' tab >'sent' folder. If your note is still yellow: it means 'not read', if grayed: it means 'read'.

Okay, my note is read but why haven't you replied?
The admin probably just looked at it and left but don't worry the note isn't deleted yet so they will get back to it. Notes asking to submit pictures don't get any replies unless a question was asked.

You've replied to my joining note with a 'auto-reply', why?
Everyone who asked to join have received an 'auto-reply' thanking you for joining, but if you wrote more than just to be a member, a real comment from the admin is added.

I got your auto-reply, but am I on member list?
If we replied, please check if we put you in the list [link] if not, send a note reminding us to add you.

I sent a note with links to submit my picture(s), why isn't it in the club gallery yet?
Either your note(s) haven't been read or the club is waiting for something. Usually waiting for more submitters or is under a 'cooling' time between submittions to prevent spamming of deviations to watchers. Don't resend the note(s) unless you really think the note failed to reach us.

Do I have to watch this club? Why aren't you watching back?
We don't force anyone to watch this club if they don't want to. Don't feel sad and lonely, the KBG watches nobody at all. Reason is to keep away from having an exploding inbox with 200+ member's deviantions, many not even kh-related at all.

Why can't I favorite, collect or comment on anything here?
Technically these keyblades are not drawn by 'me', since this is a club account. Members submit their drawings here and a link is provide in each deviation to direct viewers to the original owners. There you can fav, collect, comment, etc. If you fave from this gallery it will be like giving credit to someone who didn't even do anything to deserve it. That's why a "Click Here to Comment and/or Fav" link is under the picture, to direct people to their rightful owners." IF YOU CONSTANTLY FAV, YOU WILL BE TEMPORARILY BLOCKED AND REMOVED FROM THE WATCHER'S LIST Seriously, some people will drag anything they see tp their collections these days without even looking at the info.

You favorite a lot, why is that?
We only favorite keyblade related pictures, so users can view not only our gallery but the favorites too for references or examples. Also to let those we favorite from to know about this club.

My picture is gone from your gallery what happened to it?
Either the link is broken or the original picture is not found in your gallery, it has been deleted from the club gallery. If any submissions received more than 5 faves, then it has been moved into storage until it is resubmitting as a new and fresh deviation.

How can I get my picture featured on club's profile page?
They are picked by the admin for creativity, colors, details, hard work etc., changes every week. If you request one to show up there we might do that.

Will there be any club contests?
Not likely to happen, but if there are any reasonable prizes then maybe.

Will there be new admins or co-admins? Can I be one?
Though the current admins username changes, it will always be the same one person irl. No one else can be KBG's admin or co-admin, because of the no account sharing policy of da.
